Medical Services

Here at Chelation Medical Center we care for patients looking for a "holistic" approach to their health problems. Although Dr. Psonak does occasionally prescribe drugs, he avoids them as much as possible due to their side effects. We work supportively with your primary care physician and specialize in alternative ways to support the immune system through vitamin, mineral and herbal supplements. We look at allergies and other stressors on the immune system, and diet as an important factor in health. Emphasis is placed on the understanding that improving blood flow and nerve conduction to all parts of the body is a very important part of good health.

Some of the symptoms and/or diseases we treat are:

Allergies of all kinds
ALS, Lou Gehrig's Disease
Blocked arteries
Chemical sensitivities
Chronic fatigue syndrome
Circulatory problems
Digestive disorders
Heart disease
Hormone replacement
Kidney disorders
Liver problems
Lyme disease
Multiple Sclerosis
Skin disorders
Thyroid disease
Yeast syndrome

Chelation therapy is an amino acid which is given through intravenous infusion, and it is used for two major purposes: it pulls toxic heavy metals out of the body and brain cells which are damaged, and it pulls atherosclerotic plaque off the arterial walls. If you have arteries which are blocked and you are designated to have a coronary bypass operation, you can "bypass" the bypass by taking chelation therapy. A bypass is a very serious operation with immense side effects. For instance 30% of bypass patients end up with mental problems or mental derangements as a result of the bypass because of the interruption in blood flow, and that affects brain cells. You don't need that operation; in fact some 90% of coronary bypass operations are unnecessary.

Seasonal Allergies

Many people are bothered seasonally by the pollens from grasses, trees and weeds, as well as the year-round problems of dust, mites and mold. Many are not aware that testing by the provocative/ neutralization method can greatly alter how they feel almost immediately, without waiting months or years for possible relief of symptoms. When you visit, Dr. Psonak will discuss with you how this treatment can give effective relief without the use of drugs.
